Joint Management Plan for Barmah National Park
Barmah National Park is in north-central Victoria, on the Country of the Yorta Yorta people. The Barmah National Park was proclaimed in 2010.
The Yorta Yorta Traditional Owner Land Management Board was formed as part of an agreement signed between the Yorta Yorta Nation Aboriginal Corporation and the State of Victoria to nurture Barmah National Park back to health through a Joint Management Plan. More information can be found here.
The Yorta Yorta Traditional Owner Land Management Board released the Joint Management Plan for the Barmah National Park on the 4th April 2020. The plan sets out the proposed management directions for the Barmah National Park over the next 10 years.
